From firstly the Rules of Medieval Military Examination and secondly the Medieval Military Statute, Battlefields Martial Arts of Ðại-Việt owned a tradition according to which, in addition to the training for Martial Arts, future Combatants practised also Martial Equestrian Art. And for that, they had to learn to well know the War Horses as well as the Coats of Horses, before they can to train for Medieval Weapons wielding on horseback.
